Betjalli Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or use any service on betjalli. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it will be immediately closed and the balance refunded.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each individual or household may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

• The name, date of birth, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate.
• If the information provided during verification does not match your registration details, your account may be suspended.
• To update your information, contact support and provide the required documentation.

2.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Maximum deposit limit: ৳5,00,000 per day (may vary by account tier)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is any delay for any reason, it will be resolved within 24 hours
• Deposits using a payment method registered in someone else's name are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• Standard member withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes.
• Additional identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Betjalli reserves the right to take additional time to verify any withdrawal request.

2.3 Withdrawal Without Betting Prohibited

Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must place at least one bet equal to the deposited amount. This requirement is applied in line with international anti-money laundering standards.

3.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered final once you press the "Confirm Bet" button on the bet slip. No changes or cancellations are possible after confirmation, unless betjalli cancels it for its own reasons.

3.2 Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed — the bet is voided and your stake is refunded.
• Betjalli reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious technical error in the odds is identified.
• If a match result is disputed, payment may be withheld until a final decision is reached
• If an irregular betting pattern is detected, bets may be placed on hold while an investigation is conducted

3.3 Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change from moment to moment. betjalli reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets during a live match. Timing is critical in live betting — check that the odds are final before confirming your bet.

7.1 Self-Closure

You can contact support at any time to request account closure. You may withdraw your available balance before closure — only any bonus balance where the wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited.

7.2 Account Closure by betjalli

Betjalli reserves the right to close any account due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns. If no prohibited activity is proven, any valid balance will be returned.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
